Known as “the caviar of the South”, roasted red peppers and celery seed flavour these indulgent pimento cheese melts!
- 2 Baguettes
- 6 oz cheddar cheese
- 1.5 oz mayonnaise
- 4 oz roasted red peppers
- 1g celery seeds
- Halve the baguettes horizontally.
- In a medium bowl, add the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, celery seeds and roasted red peppers. Mash well to combine. Spread the pimento cheese over the cut sides of the baguettes.
- On an aluminum foil lined baking sheet, add the cheese melts. Move into the oven on the middle rack and broil for 2 to 4 min or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove sheet from oven. Cut in half before serving. Enjoy!
