We’re thrilled to introduce our new feature that makes it even easier to manage your Chef’s Plate plan! With our new and improved system, you will now see that “My Plan Details” has been combined into an all-in-one “My Deliveries” feature. With a calendar that highlights your upcoming deliveries, integrates our menu and allows you to easily skip or pause your plan, managing your Chef’s Plate account has never been easier.
So what exactly is new?
- You will now be able to pre-skip delivery dates for up to 2 months! Using our unique calendar system, you will see what deliveries you have coming up. How do you know if you have an upcoming delivery? Easy, CP trucks are marked on each week that you will be receiving a delivery – red trucks mean the delivery has already occurred, green trucks signal pending placed deliveries and grey trucks show all upcoming delivery dates. If you know you’re going to Aunt Betty’s next month you can skip that weekend waaay in advance now. You’ll know if you’ve successfully cancelled a delivery when a red ‘X’ appears on your calendar!
- You’ll be able to view the menu in the calendar. If the menu is available, you’ll see the menu integrated with the calendar. Simply click the date, and a menu will pop up on the right hand side! If you’ve already chosen meals for that week, your selections will be shown.
